Arm of a man, specifically Michelangelo's Moses. I worked faster than I usually do, trying to achieve as close a copy as possible in a smaller amount of time. This plate took about 30 hours. Although the Bargue editor counsels taking your time, I'm going to focus on training myself to see the curves, angles, and values faster. I'm going through this course on my own, so I do wonder whether in classical realism ateliers the students actually do the whole course. Though I've had other commitments, I've been about it two years and just finished 24 out of 70 plates in the first section alone. Not to say I'm getting discouraged, but definitely ready to start something more creative on the side.
